Amplitube LE or full version? The full version registers on a stereo track and as I see you know LE registers on a mono track. I have the Free LE Version that was bundled with my 002r. Tried for another half hour since my last post.no luck. VERY FRUSTRATING! This seems like a very cool plug-in.
I am not a very good guitar player and want to try and turning a MIDI track into audio and them seeing how it sounds with amplitube. One of the few programs I'd buy right away (full version) after using it for 5 minutes, but if I can't register it what is the use. Your guitar is mono.
You will create a mono track. When you insert Amplitube LE, you insert it as a mono to stereo, and the track turns to stereo. I don't have this restriction with the full version. It loads on a stereo track.
But remember, if you're recording a guitar direct, it is mono anyway. Amplitube will stereoize it with delay or chorus sounds. If you are recording stereo guitar thru a POD and want to add Amplitube effects, or do stuff with other instruments that are stereo, I have not been able to instatntiate LE ona stereo channel. I'm sure you knew this but the digital ID you get is computer specific. If you are registering on a different comnputer, make sure you use your Digital ID. BTW, the ID is the same for all 3 plug-ins with the undle. Check the email you got for Samplitube and T-Racks and make sure that the Amp LE is the same.
If not, use the one for the other plug-ins Another note, my T-Racks would not work until I installed Samplitude and installed the 1.1.9 upgrade. Then T-Racks worked. Wierd stuff with this company but enoigh has been said. I suggest, if you haven't, install all plug-ins from the bundle as they somehow interact. If all else fails, email jason@ikmutimedia.com who has been OK at responding quicklyish. If your having problems authorizing in OSX see below: Go to your HD then open your Applications folder and then load Text Edit.
Now in the text window enter this below. Reg.Code: Enter your Auth/reg code here for T-racks/Amplitube Serial #: Enter your serial # here. T-racks/Amplitube Now save the file as T-RackS Preferences (this is case sensative type it exactly) or AmpliTube LE Preferences (this is case sensative type it exactly) Now go to File > save as then save this file in your HD > Users > Your Name> Library > Preferences folder. Now try your codes.
